Grands and Premiers crus. Some red wine from Cumières,
premier cru village, is added and provides red fruits aromas
very enjoyable while respecting the elegance and the
generosity of the Cuvée Diamant.
Tasting Notes
Eye: Good salmon pink, slightly amber colour with fine,
lasting effervescence accompanied by a generous mousse.
Nose: The nose reveals aromas of red berries like wild
strawberries and blackberries.
Palate: The mouth confirms the aromas of red berries and
develops a coulis flourish. Fresh finish with a good length.
Pairings
Diamant Rosé is a delightful pairing for appetisers or
a red meat dish.
