This is the lentebock from Brouwerij 't IJ. A light amber-colored beer that is smooth and mildly spiced in flavor. The aromas offer a beautiful balance between fruit, coriander, yeast, and hops. A pleasant combination in which the bitterness is enhanced by the lightly roasted malt. The finish is slightly sparkling, with a long-lasting fresh aftertaste. An IJ to eagerly seek out every spring.
