Corsendonk Agnus is a delicious light yellow beer of top fermentation with a nice foam head. This tripel has a beautiful and full golden color. The aroma consists of flowers and has a hint of citrus. The taste is fresh, hoppy, and has a slight acidity with a firm aftertaste. Due to this top fermentation, a lively and fruity taste is created. After the sweet and fruity taste at the beginning, it becomes spicy, which provides a very nice balance. The alcohol content of this tripel is 7.5% and is best served at a temperature of six degrees Celsius.
