A fruity hop explosion with a low alcohol percentage. The large quantities of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Cascade hops provide a powerful aroma of pineapple, mango, and lychee. A tropical party in a glass! An IPA with lots of aroma and a soft bitterness. We achieve this by adding the hops only in the whirlpool and dry-hop.
