A complex blend of a Pale Ale and a Kettle Sour with a generous dose of blackberries and raspberries. Using our own house culture of lactic acid bacteria from the Wild at Heart foeder, we ensure that the Kettle Sour develops its fine sour flavor. The large amount of fruit gives the beer an aroma of raspberries, blackberries, and grapefruit. Combined with the added hops, Juicebox Hero acquires its softly bitter, red fruit character.
