Hertog Jan Tripel is at 8.5% one of their strongest beers. Despite that strong content, it is characterized by a smooth and accessible character. It is beautifully blond in color and tastes malty to sweet, with a soft bitterness and a palette of fruit flavors. The secondary fermentation of this Tripel takes place in the bottle. This ensures a fresher and richer taste.
