The key words in this IPA are fresh, fruity, and of course, bitter. Fresh aromas of grass, melon, and tropical fruit combined with beautifully rounded flavors of melon and grapefruit dominate the profile. The Hop of Life IPA also has an American touch thanks to the dry hopping process, in which generous use has been made of the American hops Mosaic, Nugget, and Amarillo.
