TAU spring water originates from Cambria in the western hills of Wales. In ancient Welsh, TAU means to be silent. The water has a fresh taste with a pleasant and neutral aftertaste. Silence was the inspiration for the minimalist designed bottle of TAU which won the Gold Award at the British Bottlers Institute Awards in 2003.
