Anco Professional Convenience torti is one pasta with five different preparation methods. From a traditional cooking process or combi steamer to microwave, cold preparation (rehydration), or directly in the (wok) pan. This pasta can thus be used without cooking in, for example, a cold pasta salad or in a pasta dish in the steamer. This unique quality pasta is quick to prepare, does not stick, and retains a beautiful amber-yellow color.
