Preperation advice(1) Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of cooked Obento sushi rice in a large shallow dish. (2) Using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice. (3) Let the rice cool to room temperature before using to make sushi.
