At the nut press Mobipers in Zoelen, Dutch walnuts and hazelnuts are pressed into delicious nut oil. The nuts are shelled and then slowly roasted, so the oil gains more flavor. After this, the nuts are pressed in press cloths. The golden oils are full of flavor and fragrant. Use the nut oil in salads or as an addition to your dishes.
