This kit consists of an equal number of bags of Frozen Frappé base mix and sachets of Frozen Frappé essence.

Mix 1 bag of base mix with 3 liters of water using a whisk and add one sachet of essence. Pour the mixture into a granita machine with a minimum capacity of 5 liters and allow it to freeze.
