PONS is a true family business. The fourth generation is now at the helm. The knowledge gained over the past decades has resulted in various types of olive oil of excellent quality. PONS has succeeded in bringing back the Mediterranean spirit in all their products. The high quality is partly due to the continental climate. The cold winters and extremely dry and hot summers contribute to the distinctive identity of the olives. The small arbequina olives are hand-picked and harvested the same day. This way, the quality is optimally preserved. The olive oil is produced in a traditional manner. They are cold extracted by a double centrifuge spinner. The result is an extraordinary green-golden liquid with a beautiful thickness, aroma, and fruity taste.
