Vitender is veal with a characteristic, unique, mild flavor, with a light bite. It is low in cholesterol and rich in vitamins and minerals. On the menu of the Vitender calves is calf milk for the first few weeks. After that, the diet mainly consists of versatile roughage. This, in combination with the optimal care for the calves, results in delicious rosé veal. Vitender is easy to digest and easy to prepare, making it suitable for any menu. The calves are a maximum of eight months old. Vitender has a distinctive texture compared to regular veal.
