The cows graze as much as possible outside in the meadow. From this sustainable milk, Holland Superieur is traditionally prepared. The cheeses mature quietly on wooden boards and this is of great importance for the taste. After cutting, the cheese is immediately vacuum-packed, so that the cheese stays fresh for a long time.
