This robust farmhouse cheese from the Kaamps estate in Twentse Deurningen has matured for at least 24 weeks and is full and soft in flavor. Because the cheese is washed with honey, it has a slightly sweet undertone. This 'farmer's pride' is also clearly visible in the letters on the beautiful rind.
