Grana Padano D.O.P. is a typical Italian cheese, produced according to the standards of the PDO Protection Consortium. This cheese is made exclusively from cow's milk from the farms of the Po Valley in Italy. Due to the use of semi-skimmed milk, the cheese has a low fat content. This finely grated variant is delicious over pasta but also very suitable as a flavor enhancer in, for example, cheese sauces and soups.
