Burrata is increasingly finding its way into our kitchens. Burrata originally comes from Puglia. A soft cheese that resembles mozzarella, but even creamier. From the outside, burrata looks very much like mozzarella. If you have burrata in your hand, you feel a clear difference. Burrata is softer, filled with cream. Due to the cream, burrata is lush and soft in taste. Serve it, for example, as a starter with some lemon zest, salt, and a good olive oil.
