They can be used as is, but are also suitable for combination or personalization. Extremely suitable for use in the cold line. A delicious cheese sauce with 14% Emmental and fresh cream. Can be used 'as such' but is also a perfect base to be enriched with other cheeses (Roquefort, Grana Padano, etc.) that melt away easily.
