The white Quadrino's Mini is a delicious tear-and-share bread from Bakery Carl Siegert. The bread is suitable to use as a whole, or to divide into eight square rolls of 35 grams. Of course, the Quadrino can also be broken into 32 bite-sized treats of 8.5 grams.
