These vegetable bagels are unique due to the enormous amount of fresh no-waste vegetables processed into them, giving each bagel its naturally quirky taste and color. The bagels are made with natural sourdough and at least 40% fresh vegetables.
Bake the bagels from frozen at 200°C for about 6 minutes. Delicious with, for example, crème fraîche & smoked salmon, goat cheese & honey, or dried tomatoes & mozzarella.
