It is a misunderstanding that these disposables are actually made from palm leaves. The leaf of the palm blows or falls off and takes a piece of bark with it. This tableware is made from that piece of bark. Due to the natural appearance, beautiful veins, and folds in the material, each part is unique. They are oil, grease, and moisture resistant, can be used in the microwave or oven up to 200°C, and are fully compostable.
