Equipped with a removable element with a shut-off function when removed. The fat pan is also removable, which makes cleaning easier. Clear controls with temperature indicator light. Temperature adjustable up to 190°C. A maximum thermostat provides protection against overheating, which can be reset using the reset button on the underside of the element part. A frying basket with an extra-long handle makes this model a pleasant device for intensive use. Cold zone protects the oil quality. Includes frying basket and lid.
