Peugeot has made it very easy to precisely adjust the grind size with the patented U’select system. You simply turn the ring at the base of the mill to one of six settings. Each setting corresponds to a specific grind size. This way, the grind is perfectly matched to the type of dish. The salt mill can be cleaned by hand washing.
