Boomsma Beerenburger is still made according to the same artisanal tradition as 125 years ago. It starts with a careful selection of the very best herbs including gentian, juniper, licorice, and bayberry. These are mixed in the right proportions and infused in alcohol for at least two months under the strict supervision of the distiller. The result is a characteristic beerenburger with a full flavor and a powerful aroma. A pure natural product, therefore without artificial colorings, fragrances, or flavorings.
