Viking Scars is a tribute to the relentless influence of our ancestors. Centuries ago, long before it became part of Scotland, Orkney belonged to an extensive Viking kingdom. Without a doubt, this shapes the character of our whisky. Magnus Eunson, who founded Highland Park in 1798, was a direct descendant of the first Viking pioneers who settled on our island. Even now, one in three islanders carries the Viking DNA.
