Made at the Spirited Union Distillery in Amsterdam, this Botanical rum is based on a smooth, barrel-aged Barbados rum. Infused with delicate flavors of Madagascan vanilla, clove, Guatemalan cardamom, and delicious raw Peruvian cacao for a rich and decadent finish. Inspired by the way chefs and chocolatiers use mineral salt to bring out and enhance flavors, this Botanical rum is finished with a pinch of organic Añana sea salt from Spain. Serve Spice & Sea Salt mixed with ginger beer or use it in a cocktail with, for example, lime juice and sugar syrup.
