The name Cosmo refers to the Japanese Alps, where the Mars Shinshu Distillery is located. The distillery uses pure spring water from the area, which gives the whisky a smooth and complex flavor. A blended whisky with sweet notes like honey, caramel, and ripe fruit and subtle hints of wood and smoke.
