This whisky is distilled according to the pot still method and matures for 12 years in wooden casks. A whisky with a peaty character with smoke and toffee in the aroma and green apple, vanilla syrup, stewed pear, and clove in the taste. Beautiful long finish with spicy aniseed. A whisky with a smoky character and a spicy note. Bottled at 53% vol and only 316 bottles available.
