This Japanese single grain whisky comes from the Chita Distillery of Suntory. The whisky matures in a combination of sherry, bourbon, and wine casks. This results in a unique whisky with a scent of honey melon, citrus, and sweet grains. The taste is reminiscent of vanilla cake with clear notes of honey and a slight hint of blossom. The finish is medium and quite spicy.
