This chef's jacket is made from twill, a sturdy weave made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton 210 g/m2. The back of the jacket is made of piqué: 53% cotton, 47% polyester 185 g/m2. Because piqué is a knit, it provides good stretch and the material is breathable. All materials we use are OEKOTEX standard 100 certified.
