Gin and the distillation of gin is in the blood of the Flemish. More specifically, East Flanders has a rich gin tradition that dates back to the production of grain brandy in the 16th century. Today, the largest number of active gin distilleries can still be found in East Flanders. Gin is therefore the most important regional distilled beverage. For more than 100 years, Braeckman has been distilling according to the centuries-old Flemish tradition in the family distillery. With the construction of a new grain distillery in 1996, Braeckman distills according to artisanal and traditional methods in a modern environment. This fully guarantees the quality of every step in the production process: from the selection of noble grains to the bottling of the final product. A premium single grain whisky, aged for 10 years with deep, rich flavors of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of oak. Perfect for whisky lovers!
