Tequila Los Abuelos, later known as Fortaleza, is a tequila brand with a rich history dating back to 1873. Produced and bottled on the family estate in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional processes started over 125 years ago by the tatarabuelo (great-great-grandfather). Aromas of citrus, caramel, butter, cooked agave, and sage introduce a pleasantly balanced and very unique tasting experience. Fortaleza Reposado has its own character and is unlike any other tequila. Flavors include cooked agave, citrus, vanilla, apple, earth, and cinnamon. The finish is long and rich, delicately spicy, with an oily texture that makes this a pleasure to drink.
