After the first ten years of maturation in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is transferred to the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Spanish Jerez. The name Lasanta, Gaelic for 'warmth and passion', reflects the elegant, mouth-filling texture and the seductive, deep, sweet aromas of this whisky.
