In 1743, in the south of Poland in the Bielsko-Biala district and at the border of the Carpathian mountains, it was discovered that the secret of the finest vodka is determined by a unique 5-step distillation process. The sweet, late-harvested rye from the nearby Wielkopolska fields played a major role in this, as it gives a smoother taste than traditional grains. They combined the excellent distillate with exceptionally pure and soft water from a nearby mountain spring. The careful blending of the distillate with this water resulted in Pravda Vodka. The rest is history: few vodkas have since been made with as much love and attention as Pravda Vodka.
