The first six months of 2016 were rainy and warm, replenishing the water reserves in the soil. This benefited the vines during the long dry period later in the year. It played an important role in the development of the fruit and aromas during ripening, resulting in a concentrated wine with great depth. Complex bouquet with intense notes of dark fruit, tobacco, and licorice. A powerful wine with silky tannins and a long, aromatic finish. At its best from 2023.
