Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial is the name of an excellent Demi-Sec. A champagne that tastes slightly sweet due to a dosage of 40 to 45 grams of sugar per liter. Not too sweet, but soft, rich, and full. Also because the sweetness brings the fruity aromas beautifully to the forefront. In the blend, all three grape varieties are naturally represented, but the noble pinot noir takes the lion's share. This gives the Nectar Impérial a concentrated, rich flavor with notes of candied fruit, mild spices, and honey. Due to its richness and soft sweetness, it is a delightful party champagne. The Nectar Impérial also pairs wonderfully with various desserts, such as fruit tarts and strawberry soup. Want to serve something original? Then pour the Nectar Impérial with foie gras or Roquefort (or another blue-veined cheese).
A harmonious, softly sweet, and full champagne with expressive aromas of pronounced, exotic fruit and candied fruit, honey and mild spice tones, and a powerful, sweet rich flavor with a fine mousse.
