The red Bandol is made from mourvèdre and grenache. Soft notes of oak and bursting with red fruit. Rich and beautifully balanced, soft tannins. Also available as a white variant (8204540) Bandol is located in Provence, on the Mediterranean coast. Mainly known for its red wines, but also increasingly for rosé and even a small production of white wines. The vineyards of Philippe Barthès are located on the beautiful road that winds from Plan du Castellet to the 12th-century chapel. From the vineyards, there is a spectacular view of the mountain named 'Le Gros Cerveau'. Thanks to the ideal southwest-facing terraces and the clay-limestone soil, the finest wines are produced here.
