AIX rosé is made by Eric Kurver, a Dutchman who settled in France 10 years ago. As a wine enthusiast, he decided to buy his own wine estate in Provence. He named it Domaine Saint AIX. From the grapes of these vineyards, he produces AIX rosé. AIX is the result of passion and dedication. It has now become one of the most popular and most awarded Provence rosés of recent years. A fresh and fruity wine, delicate with a crisp taste. Beautifully rounded, harmonious, and structured with a wonderfully long finish.
