This wine is produced on very rare soils made of calcareous deposits. This results in a unique wine with soft tannins. Deep purple in color with raspberries, cherries, and spiciness. Typical 'garrigue' flavor and slightly floral. Pairs well with hearty, roasted meat dishes.
