Classic white wine from the Loire. This wine is made from sauvignon blanc and 'Fumé' reveals that it is a wine with smoky tones. Thanks to the special soil composition of flint in the Loire, mineral and smoky aromas arise. Dry, fruity, and refined; an absolute classic! In the aroma some vanilla and in the taste unmistakably citrus and apple, but also pear. Contains a nice round taste and a long finish with a pleasant bitterness.
