This cava has matured for at least 9 months in the bottle and is made from 100% Macabeo grapes. Light yellow in color and with a full floral nose of wildflowers and berries. In the mouth complex in taste, full and fresh with a delicious lingering taste of peach, tropical fruit, and flowers.
