The clay and lime-containing soil adds a huge amount of minerality to the wine. Amber-colored thanks to skin contact, full aromas of hazelnut, plums, and rum thanks to more than 10 months of aging in large wooden barrels. Delicious with cheeses and desserts with nuts.
