Saint Roch covers 40 hectares in the Maury area of the Agly Valley, in Languedoc-Roussillon. In the vineyards, environmentally friendly practices are used as much as possible. Selective hand harvesting is done, and in the wine cellar, a quality selection is carried out again before the grapes are processed into elegant wines through gentle pressing and slow maturation. Le Rosé is a fresh, salmon-colored rosé made from grenache and mourvèdre with delicate flavors of strawberry and raspberry. The wine is light in color with red fruit on the nose and full fruity in the mouth with aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The finish is refreshing and long.
