Espumante Quinta do Ferro brut comes from Minho, Portugal and is made from Avesso. Surprising and generously sparkling wine. Expressive nose, citrus notes, almond and somewhat creamy, playful and pleasant in the mouth, intensely fruity and fresh aroma. Very soft in taste with a good structure and a lingering finish. The Espumante Quinta do Ferro can certainly hold its own among many bubbles (cavas, etc.) Ideal as an aperitif or with salads, fish & seafood.
