A beautiful Provence rosé offered by one of the region’s understated experts, Château de Font Vive. This delicately flavored rosé comes from the broader Côtes de Provence region and is named after the estate’s owner, Philippe Barthès. Effortless and classic, Saint Barthès is a superb Côtes de Provence rosé at an excellent price. Fantastic with seafood and canapés. Château de Font Vive is located in the southwest and spans the towns of Beausset, Sanary, La Cadière d'Azur, Le Castellet, and Evenos. Grenache and Cinsault grapes are cultivated using traditional and integrated methods, pruned in “gobelet” style and trained on wire. The estate is owned by the wine’s namesake, Philippe Barthès.
Tasting notes: Delicate nose with red berries and floral notes. On the palate, fresh and elegant with subtle fruit flavors. Clean, crisp finish.
