The temperature is displayed digitally and can be regulated with a knob on the side. It is important that the pizza stone is well heated, this takes about 20 to 25 minutes, after which the baking time averages about 2 minutes. Truly good pizzas are baked at high temperatures, these ovens can reach a maximum temperature of 400˚c.
