The Albacore tuna is caught in the Pacific Ocean. It is also called the white tuna because it is lighter in color than the rest of its family. The Albacore has a moderate fat content and is softer and milder in flavor compared to the regular tuna. Albacore tuna is very suitable to serve raw or lightly grilled.
