Balsamic is a type of vinegar from Italy and originally comes from the area around Modena. Balsamic consists of a quantity of reduced juice (must) from Trebbiano grapes, supplemented with regular vinegar. The balsamics from Mengazzoli are of very high quality. Fantastic to use as a dressing, garnish, with meat and cheeses, or to enrich salads.
This reduction aceto balsamico is ideal as a finishing touch for a salad or with a nice piece of cheese.
