This roast beef is made from the silverside of the beef. The roast beef is half roasted and not yet sliced. Roast beef from the silverside has a beautiful red meat color and a neutral taste. Delicious on bread or to use in a salad. This artisanal meat contains no E-numbers and therefore falls under the 'clean label' meat assortment of HANOS.
